Providing your meter reading

If your water meter is inside your home, our readers can only access it if you are at home when they come to take the reading.

To avoid a possible accumulation of estimated consumptions on your bills, you can provide us with your meter reading.

• ID card (DNI) of the account holder or contract number. You can find it on any of your bills.
• Meter number.
• Meter reading (five black digits).
• Date the reading was taken.
• Include a picture of the service meter.
