From the NuestraFactura platform, you can access all the history of water bills issued in your name, being able to consult them, download them, and print them as many times as you want. Please, if you are interested, visit the platform by typing http://www.nuestrafactura.com/ in your internet browser, to access your private area and have your bills in digital format.

If it is the first time you access the platform, you will need to register by clicking on “New User?”. And enter your email and password.

If you already receive bills by email, you will only need to register with your email and password. Once you access for the first time, you will need to click on “+ subscribe to a new company”, select the company ANTONIO GOMILA, S.A. and add the user linked to your email.

If, on the other hand, you do not receive bills by email, you will need to have your last bill on hand to enter the data requested by the online registration. If you do not have your last bill on hand or if you have any problems or questions, please contact us and we will help you by calling the customer service phone number 971 515 710.

The data you will need to fill in for online registration and with the data from your last bill:

• ID number of the bill recipient
• Bill number
• Total amount of the bill

Once you have completed these data, you will receive an email from info@nuestrafactura.com so you can confirm your data.

I have several users linked to my email, how can I see all the bills?

When you have the same email for several users (understanding users as different ID numbers), if one does not appear in particular from your main panel, you can add it directly by clicking on “+ subscribe to a new company” and searching for our company in the directory. If that email is already linked to our system, simply click “add”. If it is not linked, you will need the last bill to enter the data requested by the application.
